HR Business Partners (HRBPs) oversees integrating business objectives with employees and management in specific business units. The job develops cross-HR alliances to provide value-added service to management and workers that represent the organization's business objectives. The HRBP maintains a high degree of business literacy about the financial position, mid-term strategies, culture, and competition of the business unit. This post does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, but it does function as a consultant for other departments' positions. Key Responsibilities: Not limited to: - Participates in weekly meetings with respective business units. - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. - Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. - Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and offboarding. - Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Core Requirements: - Full-time MBA/ PGDM from a reputed school - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as HRBP, resolving complex employee relations issues and all the employee life cycle and working with all the support functions. - People management, managing multiple stakeholders, attrition, intervention, managing all levels of employees. - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance Additional Skill - 2-3 year of US HR support experience will be preferred.
