Role Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive organization strategies that enhance performance, capability, and long-term effectiveness.
Your role will be integral in shaping our company culture, supporting organization design, role clarity, performance frameworks, talent development and change management, and ensuring that our HR practices are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business performance and growth.
- Own the performance management agenda, including goal alignment, reviews, coaching and performance improvement.
- Support organizational effectiveness through role clarity, team structures and capability-building initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, timely and compliant resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives using people insights, feedback and data.
- Support leaders through change initiatives, including organizational transitions and scaling efforts.
- Coach and enable managers on people leadership, feedback and team effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes and people programs across the organization.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce trends, performance attrition and engagement to influence leadership decisions.
- Partner with L&D to drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives, ensuring measurable improvement in capability and performance.
- Identify current and future skill requirements in partnership with business leaders and translate them into structured development plans.
