Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals. The role will focus on succession planning, performance management (KRA/KPI), talent development, and stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Act as a consultant on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Drive HR initiatives to improve business performance and employee engagement
2. Succession Planning & Talent Management
- Design and implement robust succession planning frameworks for critical roles
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans
- Build leadership pipeline and ensure business continuity
3. Performance Management (KRA/KPI)
- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle (KRA/KPI setting, reviews, calibration)
- Work with leadership to define measurable KPIs aligned to business outcomes
- Enable a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and coaching
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Lead engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to improve employee experience
- Drive retention strategies for key talent and critical roles
- Address employee concerns with a solution-oriented approach
5. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Influence decision-making using HR data and insights
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement, etc.)
- Provide insights to leadership for data-driven decisions
- Monitor effectiveness of HR initiatives
7. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Oversee HR processes and ensure smooth execution
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in succession planning and leadership development
- Expertise in KRA/KPI framework design and performance management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- High level of ownership and execution capability
Preferred Background
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
- Exposure to handling multiple business units or large teams
