Job Title: HR Business Partner (US HRBP)

Role Overview


We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner (US HRBP) to support our US business operations. The role involves partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies, manage HR operations, and ensure compliance with US employment laws. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership while enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities


- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives


- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for US employees


- Provide guidance on US labor laws, policies, and compliance (FLSA, EEOC, ADA, etc.)


- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles


- Support talent acquisition for US roles in collaboration with recruitment teams


- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations


- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives


- Analyze HR data and metrics to support business decisions


- Assist in compensation planning, benefits administration, and benchmarking


- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and programs


- Collaborate with global HR teams for cross-functional initiatives


Required Qualifications


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


- 510 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to US HRBP or US HR operations


- In-depth knowledge of US employment laws and compliance


- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills


- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience in IT/Staffing/Consulting industry


- Exposure to HR analytics and HRIS tools


- Prior experience in handling US-based employees or clients


Work Details


Work Mode: Work From Home


Shift Timing: US Shift (4:00 PM 12:00 AM IST)


Location: Remote (India-based, supporting US operations)
