HR Business Partner

Description:

We are looking for a People Partner - Technology to support our growing Technology organisation in India. This role partners closely with Engineering and Product teams, working alongside People Ops and senior People Partners to deliver strong people outcomes.

The role blends hands-on execution with independent ownership across onboarding, engagement, performance processes, learning coordination, and employee experience, in a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.

What Youll Do:

People Partnering & Manager Support:

- Partner with Engineering and Product managers on day-to-day people matters.

- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting employee connects, pulse check-ins, and engagement conversations.

- Proactively identify people risks and themes and work with leaders on mitigation plans.

Onboarding & Early Employee Experience:

- Own onboarding and early-tenure experience for tech hires in collaboration with People Ops.

- Support pre-joining and post-joining engagement to improve offer-to-join conversion and early retention.

- Analyse onboarding feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Engagement, Culture & Internal Programs:

Lead planning and execution of:

- Hackathons

- Tech meet-ups

- Team engagement initiatives

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure high participation and impact.

Performance, Development & Capability:

Support performance and promotion cycles end-to-end, including:

- Process coordination

- Data readiness

- Calibration preparation

- Partner with managers on feedback, development conversations, and role clarity.

- Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and learning programs with L&D.

What Were Looking For:

Must-Have:

- 3+ years of experience in People Partnering / HRBP, with exposure to tech or product teams.

- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, performance processes, and engagement levers.

- Confidence partnering with managers and influencing outcomes.

- Strong communication, organisation, and execution skills.
