Job Description - HR Business Partner (HRBP)


Client : Leading Organization


Location : Noida/Delhi


Experience : 3-5 Years


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, build a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience.


Note: This position is open to male candidates only.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Management:


- Partner with business leaders to identify talent requirements and develop succession plans


- Drive performance management processes and support managers in building strong talent pipelines


- Provide strategic guidance on career development and workforce planning


Learning & Development:


- Identify learning gaps and coordinate with internal/external partners for training programs


- Drive leadership and functional capability development initiatives


- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs


Talent Acquisition:


- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles


- Partner with internal teams and external consultants


- Ensure a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience


- Support workforce planning and strategic hiring


Employee Engagement:


- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives


- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and business leaders


- Analyze engagement feedback and recommend improvement actions


Desired Skills & Qualifications:


- MBA / PGDM in HR or graduation from a reputed institute


- Strong understanding of talent management, L&D, recruitment, and employee engagement


- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed organizations preferred
