HR Business Partner

Our esteemed client, a leading MNC, is seeking for an HR Business Partner & Administration Manager with Human Capital vision to support the company's mission and business strategy.

Job Purpose:

Strong HR expertise across all functions with a key focus on performance management and people development, and the ability to effectively engage and communicate with employees at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and strengthen employer branding.

- Support end-to-end talent management including organization design, recruitment, on boarding, internal mobility, and succession planning.

- Drive learning, performance management, and competence development programs aligned with business needs.

- Lead employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives in collaboration with operations.

- Identify and develop high-potential talent, manage mentoring, and conduct exit interviews with feedback closure.

- Monitor and report HR metrics and effectiveness through benchmarking and regular reviews.

- Implement HR policies, best practices, and people processes in line with Group and India HR guidelines.

- Act as the primary HR contact, manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, and ensure legal compliance.
