Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational goals and workforce planning.

- Own and drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes.

- Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business needs.

- Lead performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention programs.

- Partner with leadership to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management initiatives.

- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and HR best practices across the organization.

- Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.

- Analyze HR metrics and insights to recommend data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.

- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven ability to influence leadership and drive HR initiatives independently.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to organizational development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.
