Role Overview:
- Collabera is seeking an empathetic, proactive, and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to strengthen our Employee Relations and People Strategy.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, "all-hands-on-deck" environment, enjoys solving people-related challenges, and can partner effectively with business leaders to drive organizational success.
- You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, develop deep subject matter expertise in employee relations, and help build scalable HR practices that support business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities;
Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on:
- Talent management
- Workforce planning
- Organizational effectiveness
Employee engagement
- Translate business goals into effective HR policies, programs, and processes that drive productivity and continuous improvement.
- Act as a hands-on HRBP by actively monitoring employee sentiment and maintaining a strong "pulse" on engagement and morale.
- Handle employee relations matters with empathy, confidentiality, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Work closely with managers on people-related cases, identifying training needs and recommending appropriate learning interventions.
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects across performance management, recruitment, rewards, and process optimization.
- Analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Drive change initiatives and support managers through organizational and people transitions.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in team handling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong assertiveness and project management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
