Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and employees as a trusted advisor. This is an individual contributor role requiring strong ownership across the employee lifecycle, people strategy, and organizational effectiveness. The role demands a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering:

- Partner with senior business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives

Talent & Performance Management:

- Own performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Actively manage employee relations issues with fairness, empathy, and compliance

- Foster a positive employee experience and drive engagement initiatives

- Handle conflict resolution, investigations, and complex employee situations

Organizational Development & Culture:

- Drive culture, values, and leadership behaviors across the organization

- Support change management initiatives during growth, restructuring, or transformation

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 to 14 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering

- Proven experience supporting engineering, product, or technology teams (preferred)

- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and employee relations

- Experience working in fast-growing, high-performance, or matrix organizations

- Prior experience in an IC HRBP role with end-to-end ownership

- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching abilities

- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action

- High level of integrity, discretion, and maturity

- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
