Role Summary:
This role works closely with the CHRO and business leaders to support people strategy, talent initiatives, and key HR projects. It is ideal for someone who enjoys strategy, data, and working with senior stakeholders, not just routine HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams on talent planning, performance management and employee engagement.
- Support managers with org design, capability building and change initiatives.
- Work directly with the CHRO on strategic HR projects and company-wide people initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
- Use HR data and analytics to generate insights and track impact
- Support culture-building, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of HR experience (HRBP / Strategic HR preferred)
- MBA/HR from a reputed institute preferred
- Strong business understanding, analytical skills, and communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
