About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across core HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and engagement. This role requires working closely with leadership teams to enhance employee experience, improve HR processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Research and analyze employee trends to design initiatives that improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with leadership to implement training programs that support professional development and performance growth.
- Promote company values, ethics, and a strong organizational culture.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Guide managers in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management conversations.
- Support employees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, background verification, and orientation.
- Handle immigration-related documentation, tax forms, benefits enrollment, and HR compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws and reduce risks associated with daily employee management.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP function, or generalist roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding processes and handle employee relations matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality at all times.
