Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a strategic and operational role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. This position requires working closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to foster an engaged, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

- Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR initiatives.

- Drive workforce planning and capability building aligned to organizational objectives.

Talent Management & Development:

- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and support learning & development programs.

- Manage succession planning and career development pathways for key talent.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Design and execute engagement initiatives to promote employee well-being and productivity.

- Conduct regular employee connects to gauge morale, resolve concerns, and strengthen culture.

Performance Management:

- Drive the performance management cycle, ensuring fair evaluation and constructive feedback.

- Guide managers in goal setting, competency assessments, and improvement plans.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity, ensuring timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement scores, and productivity trends.

- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements.

- Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in HR tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resources from a premium institute (preferred).

- Experience in IT Services, Analytics, or Consulting industry will be an added advantage.
