
Description:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
Performance Management:
- Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks (KRAs, KPIs, OKRs).
- Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Collaborate with managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Provide insights on workforce performance and productivity trends.
Stakeholder Employee Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and people practices.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives
