Talent Acquisition (Retail Hiring):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-line and mid-level retail roles (Store Managers, Sales Executives, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and execute manpower plans effectively.
- Drive local hiring initiatives through vendor management, employee referrals, and campus/market hiring.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners.
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the retail business leadership, driving people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support employee lifecycle management - onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Drive HR processes such as PMS, succession planning, talent reviews, and grievance handling.
- Partner with business teams to address employee relations and workforce productivity.
- Support training and development initiatives for store and field staff.
Employee Engagement & Compliance:
- Drive employee engagement programs across retail locations.
- Ensure statutory compliance, attendance, and disciplinary adherence at store level.
- Manage exit processes and analyze attrition trends for corrective action.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 4-8 years of experience in HRBP and Retail Talent Acquisition roles.
- Strong understanding of retail business dynamics and field HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken and written).
