Purpose of This Role:
- As a People Experience Partner (Business-Aligned), you will drive an exceptional employee experience by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Accountable for key Change Management initiatives across the business, not limited to HR
- Fosters engagement, and supports leaders and managers in achieving strategic goals and executing their People strategy
- Acts as a key liaison between HR and the business unit
- Ensures seamless execution of people processes, provides coaching and advisory support, and implement HR interventions to enhance talent management and retention within their business aligned area.
