Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting overall HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and professional
networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience, including timely communication and effective salary
negotiations.
- Manage and maintain recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
- Support HR operations and generalist activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Must be comfortable with on-site work and daily commute to Nariman Point.
