Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. As an HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and employees. You will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, understanding their goals, challenges, and needs.
- Talent Management: Partner with managers on talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Facilitate the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and develop recommendations for improvement.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned business units.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts effectively and professionally.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers.
