HR Business Partner

JOB LOCATION : Bangalore.

EXPERINCE : ( 7 to 9 Years ).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Masters Degree in Human Resources.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with business leaders and employees to drive organizational success.

This role blends people management, strategic HR initiatives, and operational excellence to ensure alignment between business goals and workforce effectiveness.

What are we looking for :

- Partner with leadership teams to design and implement HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and performance.

- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, development, retention, and exit with a strong focus on employee experience.

- Drive performance management processes and coach managers on feedback, goal-setting, and career development conversations.

- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce restructuring, and change management initiatives.

- Collaborate with COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, etc.) to ensure HR programs and policies are implemented effectively.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to influence business decisions and proactively address people challenges.

- Champion a culture of inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance.

- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives to strengthen talent pipelines.
