Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will work closely with leadership to drive business outcomes through people strategies. This role will combine strategic HR partnership, leadership hiring, and employee engagement with a focus on building a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with business leaders to align people priorities with organizational goals.

- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent analytics, and organizational design.

- Coach managers on employee relations, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.

Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles.

- Build and maintain leadership talent pipelines.

- Partner with leadership on succession planning and future talent needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Design and execute engagement programs to strengthen culture

- Conduct pulse checks, surveys, and feedback sessions to identify action areas.

- Drive recognition, well-being, and internal communication initiatives.

Performance & Talent Development:

- Manage performance review cycles with fairness and consistency.

- Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D to drive targeted programs.

- Support career development, mentoring, and high-potential programs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Partner with HR teams on compensation planning, benefits, and rewards.

- Resolve employee relations issues with empathy and business alignment.

Qualifications:

- 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to business partnering.

- Strong track record in leadership hiring, engagement, and talent development.

- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
