About Role :

- Act as a strategic HR business partner, collaborating closely with senior leaders and HR teams to provide guidance and support on all aspects of employee experience.

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the industry's unique challenges and support the company's overall business goals.

- Develop comprehensive strategic recruitment and retention plan

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies/plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

- Prepare and implement new HR policies as required by the management.

- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and perform regular/ periodic monitoring & review.
