HR Business Partner
Major Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights, driving people strategy, and collaborating with HR experts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Workforce & Capacity Planning: Advises on utilization, headcount planning, team structuring, and succession planning while staying connected to business pipeline and staffing needs.
- Performance & Coaching: Partners with leadership to support performance evaluations, coaching, and promotion processes; champions a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
- Learning & Development: Collaborates with the Learning team to tailor learning initiatives that align with business needs and supports mentor/coach onboarding and training.
- Engagement & Culture: Monitors employee sentiment, drives engagement initiatives, supports recognition programs, and addresses employee relations to foster a strong workplace culture.
- HR Process & Collaboration: Liaises across HR functions, maintains best practices, leads change initiatives, and mentors the broader HR team to ensure consistent and impactful HR service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in multinational/professional services
- Proven ability to build credibility with business leaders and collaborate across HR and global teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
