- Identify critical roles within the organization to develop effective succession plans in alignment with competency frameworks.
- Drive the performance management agenda for the respective Business Unit (BU), including:
- Setting individual and team performance goals,
- Administering the appraisal process and ensuring timely completion,
- Managing appraisal outcomes and addressing employee queries,
- Fostering a culture centered around high performance and accountability.
- Advise and support business leaders in developing and refining employee performance plans, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), expected outcomes, and performance standards.
- Coach and guide managers in conducting effective performance feedback and coaching discussions with their teams, ensuring consistency in performance management processes across locations and Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
- Implement and promote HR processes, policies, plans, and initiatives in collaboration with the Competency Leader and relevant Human Capital (HC) sub-teams.
- Execute special Human Capital projects in alignment with business objectives, working closely with business leaders to ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct and manage exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and recommend strategic solutions to enhance employee retention and engagement.
