About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management. This role requires a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and strategic HR practices to foster a positive work culture, drive engagement, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Induction:

- Conduct new employee orientation and induction programs for seamless integration.

- Manage end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, background verification (BGV), and inter-departmental coordination.

Employee Relations & Advisory:

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace policies, HR best practices, and career growth.

- Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring fair, timely, and compliant solutions.

- Conduct regular check-ins with employees and leadership to assess workplace concerns and strengthen organizational culture.

Employee Engagement:

- Design and execute engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

- Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and performance-driven motivation.

Policy & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

- Recommend policy updates and improvements in line with industry best practices.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Maintain HR dashboards and track key HR metrics including engagement, attrition, and employee satisfaction.

- Provide actionable insights through regular HR reports to leadership.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with proven expertise in HR operations and employee relations.

- MBA is preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, principles, and labor compliance.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.

- Prior experience with KEKA HR software preferred.
