Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support. - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding. - Drive performance management processes and support a continuous feedback culture. - Lead initiatives for talent development, retention, and succession planning. - Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and labor laws. - Support organizational changes and ensure effective communication across teams. - Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies. - Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to management. - Collaborate with hiring teams to support workforce planning and recruitment strategies. Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP. - Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Proactive, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. - Prior experience in fast-paced/startup environments is a plus. - Proficiency in HRIS and data-driven decision-making are advantages.
