Key Stakeholders : TA team, HRBPs, Consultants, Business leaders and City Leads, other external vendors

Duties & Responsibilities
What this job involves :
- Being responsible for the employee life cycle management for all employees in the NCR office, around 200 headcount.
- End to End recruitment for North business service lines and support functions from sourcing to exit, including support for critical pan India hires as and when needed.
- Custodian for maintaining employee relations through regular 1-1 and team connect.
- Implementing periodic employee engagement activities for all service lines/teams.
- Liaising with Service Line Heads as a Business Partner and suggesting interventions for business efficiency.
- Supporting business in recruitment, competition mapping, retention, training need analysis, etc. as and when needed.
Job Description:
- Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters.
- Resolving employee issues and conducting thorough investigations where required.
