HR Business Partner Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 5+ years of experience to support and drive people initiatives aligned with business goals. As a key liaison between HR and business units, the HRBP will deliver solutions in talent management, performance, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all human resources matters - Collaborate with department heads to understand business objectives and workforce needs - Drive key HR initiatives including performance management, talent development, and succession planning - Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management - Lead employee engagement activities and create action plans based on feedback and survey results - Resolve complex employee relations issues in line with labor laws and organizational policies - Partner with recruitment teams to ensure talent acquisition strategies meet business demands - Facilitate learning & development programs, leadership coaching, and competency frameworks - Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, productivity) and share insights with leadership - Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards - Act as a cultural ambassador and champion for inclusion and diversity Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partnering role - Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, performance, employee relations, and compliance - Proven experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making - Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.), and data analytics tools - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Educational Qualification: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field - Certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI-PHR/SPHR, or CHRM is an advantage
