Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-impact HR Analytics Specialist to drive data-led decision making across the HR function for a leading NBFC. The role will partner closely with Business HR leaders and COE Heads, and will spearhead central HR analytics initiatives across productivity, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, and operating plans.
This is a strategic role for someone who can translate complex HR data into business insights and influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Analytics & Insights:
Build and own enterprise-level HR analytics covering:
- Workforce productivity & efficiency
- Manpower planning, projections & hiring plans
- Attrition, retention & talent risks
- Talent pipeline & succession insights
Design dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership and HR COEs
Convert HR data into actionable insights to support business decisions
Central HR Projects:
Lead cross-functional HR projects across:
- Workforce planning & operating plans
- Compensation & benefits analytics
- Market benchmarking & intelligence
- Talent management and performance analytics
Partner with Finance, Business HR, and COEs to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Support annual planning cycles, budgeting, and strategic reviews
Stakeholder Partnership:
Work closely with Business HR leaders to address business-specific people challenges
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner
Act as a thought partner to HR leadership on people strategy and outcomes
Required Skills & Expertise:
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in HR analytics across multiple HR domains
- Expertise in analytics tools, dashboards, and data visualization techniques
- Strong capability in data modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Comfort working with large datasets and multiple data sources
Business & Consulting Skills:
- Strong business understanding within NBFC / financial services context preferred
- Ability to connect people data with business performance
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills using data
- High stakeholder management and influencing capability
Profile Were Looking For:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR analytics / workforce analytics
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a premier HR B-school
- Proven experience working with senior HR and business stakeholders
- Structured thinker with strong execution orientation
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
