Role : The role is about performing workforce analytics through deployment of statistical tools, programs using techniques of advance, predictive analytics and big data thereby connecting insights, interpreting data so as to enable HR Function to fully subscribe to data-driven insights and approach. Job Responsibilities : - Deliver reporting and visualization solutions - Identify and support HR and business reporting and data needs. - Design and implement report administration framework, develop self-service dashboards that will improve organizational abilities to plan for future talent needs - Collect and synthesize large data sets, carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to create predictive models to enhance hiring reliability, value fit, and project churn propensity - Develop, own and optimize existing HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results - Partner with HR CoEs and HRBPS- . Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, L&amp;D, Compensation, Benefits, ASKHR, Rewards and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand and deliver on their data needs - Synthesize findings and translate data into accessible, tangible and actionable insights. Prepare presentations, findings and recommendations to help guide them in their decision making. - Summarize written findings, publicize results, and share with HR leadership as appropriate. - Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action - Partner with Vi HR leadership to identify additional areas of value-add and offerings Qualification &amp; Experience : - B Tech degree required, MBA in relevant field preferred though not essential - 8 -10 years of experience in reporting, advance &amp; predictive analytics is required - Exceptional analytical &amp; presentation skills - Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments a plus - HRIS and ATS experience preferred - Experience with data visualization, advanced Excel required, Tableau or Power BI, R, Python, Qlik, Visier, SPSS etc
