HR Analytics Lead - HR Transformation - FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive People Analytics and HR transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

- Build and manage HR dashboards, workforce reports and analytics using Excel and Power BI.

- Analyse HR data to identify trends across headcount, attrition, hiring, retention and employee engagement.

- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology, automation and AI/GenAI.

- Work with HR and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven and technology-led solutions.

- Leverage HRIS/HRMS platforms to improve process efficiency, data quality and employee experience.

- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Well versed with software HRIS/HRMS, SQL, Python/R or other analytics technologies is an advantage.

- Should have hands-on experience in AI, GenAI and HR automation.
