Description:

Role Purpose

Drive consulting-led sales growth by partnering with corporate clients to design, implement, and optimize employee benefits solutions while strengthening long-term relationships and maximizing account value.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic sales and consulting plans

- Support business teams in account renewals and growth optimization initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients

- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Design and structure customized employee benefits and flexible benefits solutions based on client needs

- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and value proposition discussions

- Provide consultative guidance on employee benefits, wellness, and people protection strategies

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings

- Mentor and guide team members to achieve consulting and revenue objectives

- Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented, and high-performance team culture

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Revenue growth through consulting-led sales and account expansion

- Client retention and successful renewal of key corporate accounts

- Growth in cross-sell and up-sell penetration across existing clients

- Quality and effectiveness of benefit design solutions delivered

- Market responsiveness and advisory relevance

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline

Experience Requirements:

- Prior experience in employee benefits, insurance, wellness, or related domains preferred

- Exposure to corporate client engagement and solution consulting

Skill Sets & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of employee benefits, health, wellness, and flexible benefits programs

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers

- Strategic thinking with a consultative and solution-oriented approach

- Strong relationship-building and account management skills

- Analytical ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies

- Market awareness and regulatory understanding

- Leadership skills to mentor and guide high-performing teams
