Experience: 8-15 years in Pre-Sales, Lead Management, or CRM in the Real Estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Oversee the end-to-end lead management process, from lead generation to nurturing and handover/drive conversions along with the sales team.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing pre-sales team, ensuring productivity and performance excellence.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine pre-sales processes to improve lead conversion rates and reduce turnaround time.
- CRM & Data Analytics: Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track, analyze, and enhance pre-sales efficiency.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead engagement strategies with business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Implement best practices for customer communication, follow-ups, and relationship management to improve client experience.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present periodic reports on pre-sales performance, lead conversion metrics, and customer insights to senior management.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales, lead management, or CRM in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
