Position Overview: - The Senior Vice President/Vice President of Growth will plan, direct, coordinate, drive and oversee PAN India business strategy, growth and P&L initiatives at Housr, ensuring development and implementation of efficient growth plans and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. The Opportunity: Job Responsibilities: - Functional ownership, development and execution of business strategy, sales and growth initiatives that elevate organization's revenue across multiple cities. - Strategizing long-term business directions for ensuring maximum profitability in line with organization's objectives. - Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and execute a sophisticated plan, while effectively managing the P&L, aligned with organization's strategic objectives. - Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with business partners. - Conduct thorough analysis on ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions for growth. - Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment sales & growth objectives based on industry-leading insight. - Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on business KPIs - spanning across top line growth, P&L, sales management, business development, customer experience and sales operations initiatives. - Create and present annual sales plan and strategy for growth. - Recruiting, mentoring, training and fostering teams. Who we are looking for: - Min 8 years of progressive experience in planning, managing, executing business growth. - Graduate/Post graduate from tier 1 institutes- IIT/ ISB/ IIM. - Demonstrate experience in developing efficient growth and BD strategies. - Affinity for technology and employing systems and agencies to drive business initiatives. - A leader with strong analytical and creative skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast growing & dynamic environment. - Proven leadership expertise with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management. - Experience in working with a startup is a pre-requisite.
