About the Role:


We are seeking a Business Manager who acts as a "business owner" rather than just a functional manager.


Sitting above the Cluster Managers, you will be responsible for your zone's P&L and operational excellence.


Mobility is non-negotiable: This leadership position requires agility.


You will undergo intensive training at our Gurugram headquarters.


Post-training, you must be willing to relocate to lead operations in any of our existing cities (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, etc.) as business demands.


What the Job Involves:


We are seeking dynamic business leaders with exceptional confidence and the practical intelligence to independently manage large-scale operations.


Strategic P&L Ownership: Act as the head of your zone.


Take full ownership of financial performance; monitor costs, plug leakages, and maximize profitability.


Drive Revenue & Growth: Implement strategic pricing and revenue management tactics to maximize ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and exceed occupancy targets.


Operational Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Resident Managers and Cluster Managers.

Serve as the primary contact for complex operational escalations.


Standardization & Excellence: Ensure all properties strictly adhere to brand standards, SOPs, and safety regulations to maintain the "Housr Class" experience.


Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Handle high-level negotiations with vendors, local authorities, and property owners.


Team Development: Create a high-performance culture, driving accountability and efficiency.


Crisis Management: Proactively identify risks and address critical operational challenges.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: MBA from a Tier 2 institute or a hospitality graduate (top IHMs) is preferred.


Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in operations, revenue management, or general management.


Track Record: Proven experience managing P&L and leading teams of managers is essential.
