What does this role hold for you.??
As an incumbent to this role, one would manage the following responsibilities:
- Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations in line with business strategy.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to key people processes including annual and mid-year processes, periodic talent processes which focus on focused efforts towards top talent identification and development.
- Coach People Managers on improving their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiating performance, building organizational capability and embracing diversity.
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their optimum potential.
- Coach people managers to manage employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests.
- Partner with Talent acquisition team to get the right talent in the organization for the designated Business units.
- Identify needs for change management and champion related activities across the entire employee life cycle.
- Design and drive initiatives to strengthen our Purpose led performance driven culture.
- Create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of Inclusion & employee engagement initiatives within designated business units.
- Grow our Culture, through talent development and high employee engagement by regularly connecting directly with employees every month.
- Review and analyze functional employee engagement survey to identify trends and coach people managers to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives.
- Identify people as well as business challenges that are possible obstacles to organizational outcomes and propose / create interventions that can bring in desired synergies.

- Hands-on experience working as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic setup with a full-time MBA degree and around 3 to 6 years of relevant experience as an HRBP.
- Ability to work in ambiguity; and working independently with little to minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving as well as analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power point with ability to manage data and derive insights from the same.
- High level of detail orientation, interpersonal skills, integrity and strong customer focus.
- Strong organization skills - ability to meet timelines, prioritize assignments, and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An ability to find solutions quickly and have the capability to drive things to closure.
- A sense of urgency; an ability to roll your sleeves up and get things done when needed.
- Strong command on language, written as well as spoken.
