About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional who can manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS management, expense processing, audits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle & Documentation:

- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and induction sessions.

- Manage employee documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.

- Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee records in HRIS.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements, etc.).

- Should have done Inhouse payroll processings.

- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).

- Handle reimbursements, expense claims, and related employee queries.

HRIS & Data Management:

- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy in employee data.

- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.

Audit & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor laws.

- Coordinate internal and external HR audits; prepare required documentation.

- Maintain compliance registers and support inspections.

Exit & Full & Final Settlement:

- Manage end-to-end exit formalities including resignation acceptance, clearance, and FnF.

- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding experience.

- Liaise with finance and payroll for settlement processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5- 6 years of experience in HR Operations within a mid- to large-scale organization.

- Strong understanding of payroll, statutory compliance, and audit processes.

- Proficiency in HRIS tools, Excel, and ERP/HRMS platforms.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

- Hands-on experience with end-to-end HR audits and compliance documentation.

- Exposure to automation tools or HR digitization initiatives.

- Strong ethical orientation and confidentiality in handling employee data.
