JD Summary:

- We are seeking a Manager - S&OP & Analytics with 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and S&OP leadership.

- The role will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, align demand and supply, and deliver insights through KPI dashboards and advanced analytics to support business growth and decision-making.

Job Purpose:

- The Manager - S&OP & Analytics will lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the business, ensuring strong alignment across demand, supply, and inventory planning.

- The role will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, managing planning cycles, and delivering insights through analytics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

S&OP Leadership:

- Lead and manage the monthly S&OP cycle including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans.

- Identify demand-supply gaps and drive resolution through scenario planning and cross-functional alignment.

- Develop consensus forecast and ensure timely updates in planning systems.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance.

- Develop what-if and sensitivity analysis for business decisions.

- Automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for leadership visibility.

Planning & Coordination:

- Manage supply and inventory planning to balance cost, service level, and working capital objectives.

- Work closely with purchase, production, and distribution teams to ensure timely execution of the plan.

- Highlight risks in supply chain (capacity constraints, long lead time SKUs, vendor issues) and propose mitigation actions.

Process Improvement & Governance:

- Standardize S&OP processes and ensure adherence to timelines and governance frameworks.

- Identify gaps in planning accuracy and recommend process/technology improvements.

- Partner with IT/ERP teams to enhance planning tools and reporting capability.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning.

- Analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.

- Advanced Excel & Power BI skills; knowledge of ERP systems (NAV or similar).

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.

- Ability to manage ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive process discipline.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related field (preferred).

- 4-5 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Manufacturing industry.

- Exposure to ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / SAP / Oracle) and BI/reporting tools.

- Inventory management; supply planning, distribution, forecast accuracy, e-commerce (prefer)

Qualifications:

- Bachelors / Master's degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain/ Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
