Job Title: Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics

About the Role:

- We are looking for a motivated Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics to support initiatives that drive operational efficiency and commercial growth.

- In this role, you will work with large customer datasets, develop analytical models, and contribute to network optimization projects.

- You will also help build analytics tools and insights that improve supply chain performance and support the sales team during competitive bids and customer proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and analyze raw customer data to support cost analysis, pricing models, and network optimization studies used in sales bids and customer proposals.

- Contribute to supply chain network optimization projects, including facility location analysis, capacity modeling, transportation flow analysis, and cost-to-serve modeling to support decisions such as new facility placements and warehouse investments.

- Assist in transitioning Excel-based analytical workflows into scalable applications by documenting requirements, performing testing, and collaborating with development teams.

- Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled analytics tools and agents by preparing datasets, testing functionality, and contributing to iterative improvements.

- Support the creation and enhancement of customer-facing analytics dashboards, providing insights into inventory optimization, transportation analytics, and demand forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Operations Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

- 3-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a quantitative operations role (internships or project-based experience are acceptable).

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

- Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling, or automation.

- Familiarity with supply chain optimization concepts; experience with tools such as Supply Chain Guru is an advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on well-defined tasks.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Agile development practices and cross-functional product teams.

- Understanding of warehouse automation technologies and their impact on supply chain design.

- Strong presentation and data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
