About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
Contribution of sales in value & volume achievement as per target:
- Drive sales in the segments owned and deliver targeted top lines as per the agreed business plan.
- Ensure targeted sales volumes at approved price levels, seek necessary approvals for any deviations.
Drive sales through direct mediums (online & offline):
- Service enquiries of prospective customers acquired through events, exhibitions, customer
referrals, digital marketing etc.
Channel Partner Management:
- Maintain & expand our database of channel partners by increasing the depth of the database.
- Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non - performing ones to drive increased sales
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in Sourcing and Closing residential real estate transactions
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai Suburban market is highly preferred
- Candidate must demonstrate overall stability and long-term association in previous roles
Preferred Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
