Job Description: Corporate Development and Investor Relations - CEO's Office

Location: Noida, UP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Corporate Development:

- Build and maintain financial models across scenarios (equity, debt, strategic initiatives)

- Prepare investor-facing materials, including presentations, data packs

- Support the full fundraising life-cycle - shortlisting investors, preparing materials, coordinating meetings, tracking timelines, and managing investor Q&A

2. Investor Diligence & Board Reporting:

- Coordinate and manage investor due diligence flows (data collation, Q&A)

- Prepare recurring investor updates, board-level MIS

3. Strategic Finance & Analysis:

- Benchmark Rupeeks performance against competitors and adjacent financial services players

Qualification:

- Educational Background: CA / CFA / MBA FROM A tIER-1 INSTITUTION PREFERRED.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in one of the following areas:

- Equity Research (buy-side or sell-side)

- Investment Banking / Deal Advisory

- Investor Relations roles at growth-stage startups

- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modelling, business analysis, and investor-facing communication

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong proficiency in financial modelling concepts and Excel

- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and unit economics

- Comfort with large data sets; experience with SQL or analytics tools is an advantage

- Strong aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and domains
