Job Title: Head of Fundraising

Location: Delhi NCR

About the Role:

We are hiring a Head of Fundraising for a dedicated, core fundraising role. This position is strictly focused on raising capital and managing investor relationships-it is not a strategy, operations, or generalist Founder's Office role. The candidate will be fully responsible for driving fundraising efforts end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the complete fundraising lifecycle (Equity, Debt, Structured Financing)

- Drive active investor outreach-VCs, Family Offices, HNIs, Institutional Investors

- Manage end-to-end deal execution from introduction to closure

- Build and continuously maintain a strong investor pipeline

- Lead preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising materials

- Handle due diligence, negotiations, and documentation

- Ensure regular investor communication and follow-ups

- Track and optimize fundraising funnel performance

Required Skills & Expertise:

- Proven experience in Startup Fundraising / Investment Banking / VC

- Strong hands-on exposure to live fundraising deals and closures

- Advanced skills in Financial Modeling & Valuation

- Excellent Investor Outreach & Relationship Management skills

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Has directly led or closed fundraising rounds

- Strong existing network within the investor ecosystem

- Highly execution-focused with ownership mindset

- Comfortable working in a target-driven fundraising environment
