Job Title: Founder's Office

Company : GoMaterial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location : Delhi NCR (In-Office Role)

Compensation : Up to - 4,00,000 per month (- 48 LPA) + ESOPs

- GoMaterial is a fast-scaling PropTech platform transforming the construction material supply chain. We are building a tech-enabled ecosystem that brings transparency, efficiency, and reliability to sourcing and project execution across Delhi NCR.

- Our mission is to organize and digitize a highly fragmented industry by combining technology, strong vendor networks, and operational excellence.

Role Overview :

1. This is a core leadership-track role working directly with the founders. As part of the Founder's Office, you will act as a strategic partner and execution driver, owning high-impact initiatives across the company.

2. You will be expected to think like a founder, solve ambiguous problems, and directly influence company growth, profitability, and scale.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Own and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and expansion

2. Led 0- 1 and 1- 10 projects, from problem identification to execution and scale

3. Build and manage financial models, unit economics, and P&L ownership

4. Identify and unlock new revenue streams and market opportunities.

5. Work closely on fundraising, investor communication, and strategic partnerships

6. Design and implement scalable systems and processes across teams

7. Drive data-led growth initiatives (acquisition, retention, monetization)

8. Act as a force multiplier for the founders, ensuring fast and high-quality execution

Required Skillset :

1. Strong background in consulting/investment banking/venture capital/high-growth startups

2. Advanced analytical thinking and financial modeling skills

3. Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems

4. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management

5. High ownership mindset with bias for action and execution

6. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment

Eligibility Criteria :

1. 2-5 years of experience in top-tier firms or high-growth startups

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

3. MBA from a top-tier institute (preferred)

Compensation & Growth

1. CTC: Up to - 48 LPA (- 4 L/month)

2. ESOPs: Significant equity upside aligned with long-term value creation

3. Career Path: Direct trajectory into business leadership / P&L ownership roles
