About GoMaterial:

GoMaterial is building the Operating System for Manufacturing SMEs. India has 1.2 crore+ manufacturing MSMEs, for whom raw materials account for 6080% of costs, yet almost the entire procurement workflow is still run manually.

We started by solving procurement - and in 20 months, bootstrapped and profitable, we've processed 125 Cr+ in GMV, with an annualized GMV run rate of 200 Cr+, across 50+ manufacturers, in a $220Bn addressable market.

We're currently raising a 30 Cr round to scale our credit book, build out our technology stack, and expand direct mill sourcing.

Why We Need You:

Our founding team brings deep domain expertise. What we need now is a co-founder dedicated entirely to capital raising and investor relations someone who can own our fundraise end-to-end.

The Role:

As Co-Founder, Fundraising & Investor Relations, you will own the entire capital-raising function for GoMaterial, working directly with the CEO.

What You'll Own:

- End-to-end fundraising execution: lead our current 30 Cr round to close, and drive all future rounds through Series A and beyond.

- Investor pipeline & relationships: identify, approach, and build relationships with angels, seed funds, and VCs.

- Pitch narrative & materials: own the pitch deck, financial model, and data room.

- Diligence management: run investors through diligence smoothly.

- Deal structuring & negotiation: represent GoMaterial in term sheet discussions.

- Ongoing investor relations: manage communication with existing and prospective investors.

What We're Looking For:

You should have one of the following, at a scale of roughly 100 Cr+ in capital raised or deployed:

- Founder track record: previously founded or co-founded a company and personally led raising 100 Cr+ cumulatively.

- VC / Investment background: worked as an investor and been part of deploying or evaluating 100 Cr+ in deal value.
