Hotfoot - PMO Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure alignment of program initiatives with strategic goals.

- Establish an integrated program view to coordinate and execute all initiatives effectively.

- Implement and enforce standardized methodologies for program governance, alignment, assurance, integration, and financial control.

- Ensure consistent application of best practices across all programs and initiatives.

- Lead the estimation, planning, organization, and monitoring of cross-functional team activities.

- Maintain overall control of program schedules, risk management, and delivery commitments.

- Oversee accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial management for each project within the program.

- Ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that projects stay within budget.

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of program managers.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure program managers meet their objectives and adhere to program standards.

- Ensure accurate and consolidated reporting of project and program status to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.

- 6-12 years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-faceted projects.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, financial management, and cross-functional team dynamics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools
