Job Description

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Identify key stakeholders/clients, generate outbound leads.

- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, including setting sales targets and collaborating with other departments to achieve those goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancements.

- Create a clear sales funnel for assigned verticals and use cases.

- Provide weekly reports on business development and sales activities, present quarterly territory reviews, and plans for next quarter.

- Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets.

Skill Set Requirements:

- 10+ years of outbound sales in IT-based software products preferably.

- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Expertise in preparing sales presentations and delivering to top-level managers of clients, customers, and prospects
