Hotel Analyst - Real Estate Sector

Role & responsibilities:

- Independently lead feasibility and valuation studies for hotel development projects across multiple locations in India.

- Provide strategic advisory to hotel developers, investors, and lenders on branding, positioning, and investment strategies.

- Conduct advanced financial modeling, including revenue forecasting, IRR analysis, and cash flow projections.

- Expand research database by tracking market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and competitive benchmarks.

- Continue strengthening industry engagement through thought leadership.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Candidate should have handled the similar profile in hotel or research industry.

- Should be confident in spoken and written communication in English.

- Minimum Education Qualification : Graduation

- Should have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience at managerial level
