We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales & Partnerships to lead our business development and sales initiatives in the United States. This is a sales-focused role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships,
Your primary mission will be to expand our client base, enhance market presence, and build lasting relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key market segments.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations, articulating the business
- Engage with Salesforce AEs, ISVs, and other ecosystem partners to strengthen alliances.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and drive cross-industry growth.
- Represent the company at key industry events, Salesforce summits, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business Administration in Marketing, or a related field is manadatory.
- 8+ years of experience in selling IT Service products in enterprises and partnership development, with mandatory minimum 2/3 years experience in Salesforce service
