HostBooks - Implementation Functional Solution Architect - ERP Manufacturing Division

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Implementation Functional Solution Architect for our ERP Manufacturing Division. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold an equivalent qualification, with extensive experience in the ERP implementation within the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing segments and working procedures, as well as a strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Take over ERP projects post-sales completion and lead the process until full implementation.

- Needs Analysis: Analyze business needs and requirements, building and implementing the HostBooks ERP product around these needs.

- ERP Implementation: Oversee the entire ERP implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.

- Customer Success: Drive customer satisfaction and success by ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of the ERP system, aiming for high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the ERP system and its functionalities.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure alignment and project success.

- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses to monitor project progress, client satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in ERP implementation.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing segments and working procedures.

- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.

- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer success and achieving high NPS.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
