
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP HRMS Implementation Executive to join our team. The role involves implementing our ERP-based HRMS solution at client locations, ensuring smooth deployment, process mapping, training, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their HR processes and map them to the ERP HRMS solution.
- Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of HRMS modules (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Performance Management, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and implementation reports.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide support during go-live.
- Act as a liaison between the technical team and client HR teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide post-implementation support for troubleshooting and process optimization.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 1+ years of experience in HR operations or HRMS software implementation.
- Good understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, PMS).
- Knowledge of ERP/HRMS software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
