Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - Analytics Services

Location : Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (Onsite)

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of analytics and data projects. This role combines technical understanding, team leadership, and strong execution discipline to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will act as the onsite anchor between leadership and engineering teams, driving accountability, delivery cadence, and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Delivery & Execution:

- Own delivery of analytics/data projects (BI, data engineering, reporting, dashboards)

- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple parallel workstreams

- Track commitments vs actuals and proactively manage risks and delays

- Establish and enforce delivery processes (Agile/Scrum or hybrid)

2) Team Management (Onsite):

- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, engineers, and junior developers

- Drive daily execution discipline (standups, task tracking, follow-ups

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions

- Ensure team availability, responsiveness, and productivity

3) Technical Oversight : Provide hands-on guidance on:

- Data modeling and transformations

- SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines

- BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / SAC or similar)

- Review solution design and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability

- Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation

4) Stakeholder Management:

- Interface with internal leadership and external customers

- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans

- Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and manage expectations

5) Process & Quality:

- Define and monitor KPIs (delivery timelines, defect rates, SLA adherence)

- Ensure documentation, version control, and best practices

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency

6) Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in analytics / data / BI delivery

- Proven experience managing 10-15 member teams

- Strong hands-on skills in:

- SQL and data analysis

- At least one BI platform (Power BI / Tableau / SAC)

- Data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, warehousing)

- Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP preferred)

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related discipline

- Exposure to enterprise clients and global delivery models

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

- Experience in SAP Analytics (good to have)
